I’m Ashley, a single mom finding silver linings on the midlife roller coaster after a COVIDivorce – learning to remember who I really am and the source of my good energy, while navigating career changes, dating, an adult ADHD diagnosis, hormones (both my teens and mine!), co-parenting, and finding community.
ALL while having FUN – a key ingredient to finding your good energy.
I’ve learned so much on my journey, and I’m here to help you with the midlife reset moments — the career changes, the divorces/co-parenting/dating, the job losses, the ADHD realizations, the quiet moments of “is this really it?” — and redefine them into turning points.
